specified date as “Active” in the MLS (up to 2 MLS platforms) - Creat property flyer, brochure, and jpg for social media and email distribution (branded with your logo and contact information)

- Verify in Zillow and Trulia
- Enhance Realtor.com property listing

- Update websites for Tours and Open Houses
- “Price Reduction” advertising jpg for social media or email use
